My experience includes 19+ years of consulting across a broad range of private & public sector organisations.

I’ve also acted as an Associate within numerous national & consulting firms, working on a range of projects in the areas of talent management, leadership development, success profiling & capability frameworks, psychometric assessment, and more.

Facilitator

A big part of my work involves facilitating important conversations through workshops, focus groups & leadership development sessions.

In the last few years alone, I’ve facilitated around 250 sessions and workshops. Some feel this is where my experience & insights as a psychologist really come into 'play'.
