Leadership Coaching Programs

My experience suggests that the majority of leaders are not provided with the support they need to become more self-aware, skilled and emotionally intelligent leaders and communicators.

These skills are absolutely fundamental for great leadership. After all, leadership involves navigating a whole range of important relationships and conversations with other people. To succeed, you really need to be good at the ‘people’ stuff.

The problem for many leaders I work with is that this is often the trickiest part! They know their stuff from a technical perspective, but are less confident when it comes to managing stakeholders, peers, and team members.

Leadership Coaching Programs

I love working with leaders who are motivated to grow their skills, confidence and effectiveness in these areas.

In working with me, you get the benefit of my 15+ years of experience in organisational psychology, coaching, leadership development and behavioural change. I also bring a lot of evidence-based practices and insights from the fields of neuroscience, social psychology, and behavioural science.

As a coach, my aim is to help you become the kind of leader who…

  • Demonstrates a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Understands the impact of your own actions and behaviours

  • Can clearly communicate your purpose and intentions

  • Quickly addresses misunderstandings or conflict

  • Encourages open and constructive dialogue

  • Genuinely listens, making others feel ‘heard’ & understood

  • Makes others feel comfortable sharing their ideas & concerns

  • Effectively navigates ‘difficult’ or challenging conversations

  • Takes the time to understand what makes other people ‘tick’

  • Interacts with others in a way that ‘gets the best’ from them

Through all of the above, our ultimate aim is to help you become the kind of leader who builds trust, clarity, connection, understanding & constructive, mutually beneficial relationships.

Trust is earned in the smallest of moments.
It is earned not through heroic deeds, or even highly visible actions, but through paying attention, listening, and gestures of genuine care and connection.

What to Expect

While tailoring your coaching program to suit your specific needs, here is some general information on what to expect.

  • We would work together for approximately 6-12 months, depending on your goals & budget

  • I’ll give you homework between sessions - e.g. some reading, reflection, & actions to maintain momentum and progress

  • We’ll stay in contact between sessions via Slack (or similar), allowing some ‘real time’ support when needed

  • You might complete some online assessments to build self awareness around your style & preferences

  • If relevant, I might gather some feedback from a few key stakeholders (e.g. your manager, peers, team members)

  • Along the way you will experiment with new skills, knowledge and behaviours in your ‘real’ work environment, with me to support you every step of the way!

All of my programs are ‘high touch’, in that we will both invest a fair bit of time into building your self-awareness and developing the required skills, tools, and approach.

Why? Because changing existing behaviours and habits can be hard!

If you’d like more info, please reach out today for a no obligation chat. If I’m not the right coach for your needs, I’ll happily refer you to someone else in my network where I can!
