Recognition & Appreciation Workshops

A short, practical and insightful workshop on providing meaningful, relevant and timely recognition and appreciative feedback.

In a range of Workhuman studies, showing appreciation is consistently reported as the #1 thing that employees want from their managers and workplace.

Yep, it’s right up there at the top of the priority list!

In another study 81% of employees reported feeling motivated to work harder when their boss shows appreciation for their work. Indeed, we now have a LOT of evidence demonstrating the link between recognition and employee engagement - and in turn, the resulting impact on retention, productivity, and performance.

For leaders, this makes it clear that recognition IS important, not just from a ‘feel good’ perspective, but also for the bottom line.

If you are keen to develop a recognition-rich culture, reach out to learn more about the Recognition & Appreciation Workshop.

The workshop provides participants with the insights, tools and ‘know how’ to deliver specific, meaningful and relevant pieces of positive and appreciative feedback. It’s relevant for both leaders and employees - basically, anyone who wants to contribute to a culture of gratitude and recognition!

Everyone loves a freebie, right?

Here’s one of the worksheets shared with participants during the workshop, also provided to subscribers in a recent newsletter.

The worksheet includes a list of positive attributes and qualities that can be recognised in others. Importantly, this worksheet has been designed for providing appreciation, not recognition (yep, there’s a difference!).
